The 5th Annual Strong New York is New York City’s biggest charitable fitness and wellness experience. On Sunday, December 15th at Pier 94, we’re bringing together the industry’s top trainers, doctors, nutritionists, mental health professionals, and wellness experts from all around the country for 8-hours of high-energy workouts, workshops, panels and seminars all centered around health and wellness.

Talk Strong: Main Stage invites you to join the most inspirational fitness and health leaders in the industry today for powerful conversations that will take you to the next level in you wellness journey. Here from KEYNOTE SPEAKER Trevor Moawad, renowned mental conditioning expert who works with elite athletes and performers including Russel Wilson, Michael Johnson, and the Alabama football team, as he discusses the power of mindset and staying neutral. Plus hear from fitness gurus like Don Saladino, Stefi Cohen, Kelsey Heenan, and Joe DeFranco as they deep dive into topics that will move you closer to your health and wellness goals.

STRONG GYM gives you full access to ALL the group fitness, including Yoga, HIIT, Powerlifting, Adaptive Training, Handstands, Strength Training, and more! Workouts will be led by top trainers including Hannah Eden, Nikki Leonard, Lulu Faria, James McMillian, Andrew Mariani, Kari Pearce, and Strauss Zelnick. Plus specialized workouts taught by experts Dave Durante, Mike Aidala, Logan Aldridge, and Caroline Bond.

Every year, Strong New York is committed to giving back to the community and has partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to do just that. Last year we raised $10,000 but this year we’re looking to up the ante. Our goal is to raise $15,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association.
